I brought a kite off these guys a few years back. It has been brilliant. I recently broke a part on the kite, and sent of an email to say I needed parts for this kite. It was answered right away with options for shipping. Great customer service, and I will be visiting the shop when I have a chance. Highly recommend the kite guys. They will get you sorted with a kite that fits your budget, and get you flying and put a smile on you face.
I cant say enough about this kite shop. The owners are super friendly, and soooo accommodating. They really want people to not just buy their product but to enjoy it.The store is a hidden gem in central Alberta. I love to go in just to look around, but always seem to leave with a kite in hand (sometimes 2., but hey is that such a bad thing?)They really know their stuff. Theyve repaired kites Ive crashed and taught me to fly better so I (hopefully) dont crash em again. Im going in this weekend to pick up a new 7 foot Japanese fighting kite that the owner custom cut and stitched a huge Canadian maple leaf onto, making it a one of a kind custom kite. Thats the kind of service you get here. Plus did I mention how friendly they are? If I could give them more than five stars I would. The only downside is the store is addictive.
I stumbled across the website last year, but it took me another nine months to make it to the store.The whole time I kept thinking a store dedicated to KITES in Bentley??!!The owner is passionate and an absolute wealth of knowledge. Do not go to this store expecting to be in and out in five minutes. I will be back.
