Out of all the bike shops I dealt with, this guy was the most knowledgeable. Although I didn't buy a bike off him I went to them after to get a couple of accessories and treated with kindness. I just wish they sold Orbea bikes.
Excellent customer service! If you are looking for a recumbent trike, I strongly recommend Bentley Cycle. We live one hour north of Edmonton and the drive to Bentley to purchase a TerraTrike Rambler All Terrain was worth it.
